Dashboard Overview
Navigate and manage your Recal resources through the intuitive dashboard
The Recal Dashboard is your central hub for managing API integrations, organizations, users, and calendar connections. This guide walks you through the key features and how to use them effectively.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Visit app.recal.dev and sign in.
- If you have multiple organizations, select one from the organization switcher in the top navigation.
Navigation Overview
The sidebar provides quick access to main sections:
- Dashboard: Overview of your usage metrics and recent activity
- API Keys: Manage authentication for your integrations
- Organizations: Handle multi-tenant structures and teams
- Users: Create and manage user accounts
- Settings: Configure OAuth credentials and preferences
Key Features
1. Usage Dashboard
View real-time analytics:
- Total events processed
- Active users and connections
- API request volumes
- Error rates and performance metrics
Use the interactive charts to filter by time range and drill down into specifics.
2. API Key Management
Create and manage API keys:
- Navigate to API Keys section
- Click "Create New Key"
- Set name and permissions
- Copy the key (it won't be shown again)
3. Organization Management
- Create sub-organizations
- Assign users to organizations
- Manage access controls
4. User Management
- Create user accounts
- Assign to organizations
- Monitor connected calendars
- Initiate OAuth connections
